I am a qualified practitioner, guide, and mentor for those ready to align fully with themself. My goal is to ensure you feel safe, seen, and heard.

My role is to assist you on your path of self-discovery, wholeness and understanding. You are not broken, nor do you need fixing, It's about peeling back the layers of life that have separated you from who you truly are. Therefore, each session is tailor-made to suit your needs.

Most people seek my help to improve the quality of their everyday life. Whether it is about aligning mindset and negative self chatter to releasing "old stories" and patterns as well as addressing health issues or ongoing pain. They often feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck.

How Does An Online Or In Person Session Begin?

The session starts by assessing any issues you would like to resolve. I will begin by asking a few questions. A vital part of my work is to address the underlying mental and emotional patterns that can lead to pain, tension and blockages in all areas and layers of your being. 

Science has shown us that unresolved stress and traumas are stored in the body(soma). Therefore traditional talk therapies can only help so much. A huge emphasis in all my sessions is for you to reconnect your mind, heart and body. Clearing and resolving any issues in your way.

What Does the Rest Of The Session Look Like?

Although each session will vary, it usually involves working with your physical body(soma), as well as balancing the subtler energies of your body, your thoughts and your emotions.

This may be online, talking seated in a chair or laying down on a treatment table if preferred. I will assist you clear and resolve any issues in your way. Having trained in a variety of physical, emotional, sound and energetic healing modalities I am able to facilitate and guide you as you gain a deeper insight and connection to your heart, body and inner wisdom.

What Changes Can I Expect?

This fresh perspective of yourself allows for the identifying and releasing of any resistance, pain, limiting belief patterns, traumas, programs and negative self talk you have been bombarding your mind, heart and physical nervous system with over the years.

Therefore many clients report feeling less physical pain, a reduction in negative internal mental chitter chatter and clarity about moving forward in life. They often comment when leaving a session that they feel more relaxed and connected to themselves. Although as you can appreciate we are all individuals and outcomes may vary.

How Can I Prepare For A Session?

It's definitely not essential, but sometimes spending some time asking yourself these 3 questions before coming to a session can help you gain focus and clarity on what you would like to work with. But no stress if you don't know, thats why I am here... we can work together to help you get started. 

(1) What Do I Really Want? eg improved health, abundant finances, positive approach to life. (2) Where Am I Now in relation to what I want? eg empty piggy bank, negative self talk. (3) What’s In The Way? eg is a limiting belief of I'm not good enough holding me back
