Inner Calm begins in the body not the mind. When your nervous system feels safe, your whole being remembers how to breathe, rest and reconnect. It's in this stillness that your mind and heart can then finally soften and relax.

Through a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I use processes that support lasting emotional balance and help your body gently let go of what no longer serves it.

 Hi, I’m Wendy Turner — a qualified coach, guide and mentor helping anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed individuals reconnect with themselves and restore calm. Most people seek my help to improve the quality of their everyday life. Therefore, my aim is to ensure you feel safe, seen, and heard as you navigate life’s challenges and release stored stress.

In a nutshell... I provide cognitive and somatic coaching strategies to guide clients in personal growth and a shift in mindset.  I work with the simple truth that lasting calm begins in the body. When your nervous system feels safe, your mind softens, your heart opens, and your natural capacity to heal reawakens. Through trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, I help you release old patterns, quiet negative self-talk, and reconnect with who you truly are beneath life’s stress.
