"Welcome, I’m Wendy Turner, a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach dedicated to helping anxious, stressed & overwhelmed individuals navigate life’s challenges, release stored stress and feel safe in their bodies.

Inner calm begins in the body. When your nervous system feels safe, your mind and heart can finally relax. Through a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I use processes that support lasting emotional balance and help
your body gently let go of what no longer serves it.

    Life often carries an unseen weight. On the outside, you may look like you’re coping, but inside you feel unsettled, stuck or even empty.
    This quiet heaviness can leave you questioning yourself, your direction, and your strength. 

    We each carry stories shaped by our upbringing, life experiences and the expectations of society and others. Over time, these layers can create a disconnect between who we truly are and how we show up in the world.

    These unresolved emotional stresses, stored traumas and limiting beliefs can quietly impact our wellbeing, our physical body(soma), relationships and our ability to feel at ease within ourselves.
